More about our Schools Programme

Migrant Help offers an established Schools Programme, which aims to inspire young people to be kind and promotes positive discussion and increased empathy towards those forced to flee their homes. Our Schools Programme Lead delivers highly engaging and thought-provoking workshops and assemblies all over the country, to dispel some of the myths and spark discussion amongst young people on the theme of asylum and refuge, and how we can all play a part in extending a welcome and showing support to those who seek sanctuary in the UK.

These engaging and interactive workshops can be tailored to the school’s needs and the age range of their students. The programme is also currently free to reach as many schools as possible, to ensure we can play our part in educating young people to create a more welcoming environment for all.

If you have any queries about this event or would just like to get in touch to hear more, please email our Schools Programme Lead, Jonathan, at [email protected].
